Each painted patio is unique, and therefore must be priced according to the square footage and the complexity of the design.

Basic prices start at around $4.50 per square foot and are adjusted according to the total area to be painted, along with the type of design requested.

I must see the area to be painted in person in order to determine the type of design that best suits the project. I will then make a preliminary sketch of the design and submit it for approval.

Once we have come to an agreement on the design I can then quote a firm price. I require ½ pre-payment at the start of the project, and the balance due upon completion.

The concrete must be pressure washed prior to painting the surface. I can recommend people who will do this work for you.
